Crimson Core Updates - One Week In
One Week In. Here Is Where We Stand.
I spent time as part of a leadership team before this. I genuinely enjoyed it and learned a lot from the experience, but I also carried frustrations that never really went away. Instead of letting them sit and turn stale, I listened to what players around me were saying, took the lessons I had gathered, and decided it was time to build something of my own, something shaped by collaboration, not hierarchy.
What happened next went far beyond anything I expected. People showed up. They helped, supported, and put in real effort to get this moving. From day one, Crimson Core was meant to be a place where voices are heard, ideas matter, and concerns are actually discussed. That foundation is the reason everything else has been possible.
Because of that culture, we were able to reconnect with old friends and merge our strengths. It was the kind of reunion you do not plan but instantly appreciate. Familiar faces, good energy, and a reminder of why community matters. It strengthened our position and brought even more brilliant people into the fold.
- Our first catching event successfully run and completed
- Shiny Bingo, our first ongoing event, bringing mini teams together to catch shinies
- A full Togepi tournament currently in progress
- A functioning team bank supporting events and prizes
- Regular events with more already planned
- A formal team application system to keep things organised
- A community space in our Discord for both members and non members
Crimson Core was built on collaboration, and that will never change. If you have an idea, big or small, you can share it directly through:
- The Suggestions channel on Discord
- The anonymous Suggestions button on the website, for those who prefer to speak quietly but still want to be heard
Your thoughts genuinely influence what we build next.
If you want to host something yourself, a tournament, a challenge, a hunt, anything, you can open a dedicated planning space at any time.
Just use /create ticket in any channel. A temporary private channel will open where you can discuss your idea with leadership and shape it into a full event.
Whether you are a full member of the team or simply someone who enjoys spending time in our community space, Crimson Core stands for the same values:
And a shared love for the journey we are all on. We will continue to build with these values at the centre, and we will support you, whether you wear the Crimson tag or simply walk beside us.
We are strong. We are growing. And the fire is only getting started.
