Crimson Core Update: Two Months in

Leader Update 13 July 2026

Two Months In. Look At What We Have Built.

Two months. It does not feel like long on paper, but when I look at everything we have put in place, it becomes difficult to believe how much has actually happened. What started as an idea built on collaboration and a refusal to settle for less has turned into something that is genuinely hard to ignore.

None of this happened because of one person. Every single milestone below exists because members of this community showed up, contributed, and kept pushing forward. That is the culture we built from day one, and it is the reason we have been able to move at the pace we have.

So here is where we stand. Not a plan. What we have actually done.

Two months old. Here is what we have built.
Two Operational Teams
Crimson Core and Crimson Academy, so there will always be a place for you here regardless of where you are in the game.
Dedicated Leadership Team
Specific roles across the team with more defined responsibilities. A meet-your-leaders post is coming so you know exactly who to reach out to.
Officer Roles
Introduced to deepen engagement and give more members a meaningful stake in what we build together.
Two Permanent Events
Rivals and Trials are always running. Trials is our most ambitious yet, challenging members to collect gym badges from across the entire team.
Full Website Toolkit
A working collection of tools built specifically for our community, including a Shiny Dex, Vanity Booth, and more.
Custom Bots
Built in-house to handle recruitment onboarding and support the team seamlessly across events.
Giveaways and Raffles
Two daily Prize Wheel giveaways, two weekly raffles, and a weekly Secret Gift Exchange keeping the community active and rewarded.
Shiny Wars
Confirmed one team for this year's Shiny Wars, the game's biggest event, and not far off from fielding a second.
Trainer Services
A dedicated area where team members can promote their own in-game shops and support each other's income.
Setting the Foundation

Taking part in Shiny Wars with two fully running teams in only our second month is not something most clans could say. We did not rush it. We built the structure first, made sure both teams have what they need.

That discipline is what separates us. The events, the tools, the bots, the leadership structure. It is the foundation we are building on, and it is already stronger than most teams have after a full year.

I am immensely proud of every single person who has helped get us here. The fire is not just getting started. It is already burning. And we are only two months in.
