Togepi Tournament
In this event, we will battle our Togepi only using Metronome! Participants will receive a Togepi at the start of the event.

Rules
- Each player battles using Metronome only. No other moves may be used.
- If a player runs out of PP for Metronome, the battle must be restarted.
- If a Togepi uses a move that prevents the opponent from using Metronome, the battle must be restarted.
- Moves like Explosion or Self-Destruct will award victory based on official battle rules.
- EV training is not allowed.
- This is a double-elimination tournament. One loss drops you to the losers bracket. Two losses and you are out.
- Failing to complete your match before the round deadline results in elimination.
