Crimson Core runs because of the people behind it. Every event, every tool, every decision that shapes this community comes from a leadership team that showed up, took on a role, and kept showing up. Here is a proper introduction to each of them.
I'm HeavyBreathing - or just Heavy. I lead the Crimson Core Collective and I'm the person behind our website, our Discord bots, and the server infrastructure that ties everything together. My goal has always been to build an experience that feels immersive, organised, and genuinely supportive for everyone, whether they're part of Crimson Core or Crimson Academy. Both teams matter, and I support both equally.
Work closely with the leadership team to guide decisions, shape our direction, and keep our values at the centre of everything we do. When I'm not doing that, I'm building, refining, and maintaining the systems that make this community feel alive - the tools, the tech, and the structure that keeps everything running smoothly.
I've always been a technical person. In a previous team I had the chance to build a website, and seeing how well it was received sparked something in me. I wanted to take that further - to create something without restrictions, where ideas could actually become reality. That's what led me to build the team we have today.
The Crimson Core Collective is built on helping each other. Every leader and every member has been where you are. Don't hesitate to ask for support - we'll help you progress your journey without hesitation. Whether you're a full team member or part of our wider community, someone will always be there to help.
Hi, I am MastAbhi and I go by the name Abhi or AB. I just turned 21 and I'm a tech geek, a true pokemon fan since childhood and a lone traveler figuring out my life and having fun along the way! I am kinda goofy, and over excited for everything, which I like about myself!! I am now the leader of Academy(CCÀ), alongside the Officers ,Council Members and Heavy.
To be honest, I haven't been a part of the team for long and I've just been vibing with the lads, shunting, having a great time. And since Rae decided to step down, someone had to take the responsibilities.....And I don't know what Heavy saw in me, but I'm truly grateful that he chose me and gave me an opportunity to be on his side and grow together!!
I just joined the team because I just wanted a slot for shiny wars and I was truly exhausted by the teams I was earlier part of !!! But even when I was new, I wasn't very aware of how things worked here....Everyone still treated me kindly, answered my dumb questions which I still never stop asking and especially Heavy. When I appreciate him, people take it as I'm sucking up to him....But I don't mind that, he's really kind, cool, a chill guy and most importantly "The Best Leader" I've ever met. And that's when I decided, this is going to be my new home
I've mentioned earlier, I'm always over excited for things, so if it annoys you, please let me know but I will never leave my comrades behind! We'll grow together!
Also known as Cobra - whichever you prefer. I am 30 years old, working as a psychologist. Music and gaming are intense passions of mine. I highly value open-mindedness and critical thinking in all areas of life.
Executive Secretary. I take notes during executive meetings and share meeting summaries, write public announcements on Discord, and keep track of documents. At first glance it might look boring - but it's been fulfilling, and if it helps the team, I'll keep doing it.
I've been playing Pokemon on and off since Ruby on GBA as a 9-year-old. When I heard this game existed, I had to jump in. I simply love playing Pokemon online simultaneously with other people.
We love hearing your thoughts, suggestions, and feedback. Pretty much all of us have many other obligations IRL, but we care about this team and want people to be happy here. My Discord DMs are always open, whether you need something or just want to chat.
A random YouTube video popped up one day, so I decided to give PokeMMO a try. I started my journey in Kanto, and before long I was completely hooked. I've always enjoyed being organised and working with numbers, so taking on the Treasurer role felt like a natural fit.
I manage our finances, keep track of contributions, and help ensure we have the funds to run events, raffles, and giveaways for everyone.
The beginning of Crimson Core. A group of us came together from a previous team with the goal of building something better, and seeing how quickly everyone pulled together made me realise this team was something special.

I'm one of the founding members of Crimson Core. In game I mostly grind for money, do some casual PvP, and shiny hunt. I'm also consistently in VC - come say hi.
General Support and Tax Collector. I remind people about the biweekly donation and help out wherever needed. I've been here from the start doing exactly that - it turned out we needed someone to keep the donations on track.
Being able to enjoy my favourite game series with like-minded people. Originally started playing with coworkers, but really committed to the game once I joined a team.

Just call me Drake. I've been playing PokeMMO since May of this year. My first ever Pokemon game was the original Pokemon Trading Card Game for the Nintendo GameBoy Color. I grew up on a farm - one of my most cherished Pokemon cards was a Geodude with a corner eaten by a goat we were rehabilitating when I was a kid. The goat's name was Rocky. I love being in VC, shit-talking, and making new friends.
I am the Judge, Jury, and more specifically the Executioner for the team. My job is to remove those that do not mesh well within our community, and to enforce our activity requirements and remove those that are inactive and completely unresponsive. I started as the Recruiter, but ultimately found I am far more effective as the Boogeyman.
I played Pokemon Legends with my little brother ages ago, and I wanted to play something nostalgic but new, with a community aspect - and here we are today.
Be semi-active, communicate with leadership as well as your teammates, and behave yourself in the Discord so you'll never have to deal with me.
I'm turning 35 this month. I've been playing Pokemon since the release of Generation 1 - I still remember waiting at the store for my copy of Pokemon Red while my brother picked up Pokemon Blue. I live in the Central Time Zone and I'm usually available on Discord. If I'm slow to respond, it's probably because I'm busy with my five young children.
Future Direction Organizer. I genuinely enjoy brainstorming ideas and helping shape the future direction of our server. I like collaborating, discussing new possibilities, and finding ways to improve the community for everyone.
I started playing about 2-3 months ago with a friend and it immediately clicked. I enjoy the long-term progression that MMOs offer and I've always loved being involved in guilds and building strong communities. PokeMMO gives me the perfect mix of Pokemon nostalgia and MMO-style teamwork.

I've been playing PokeMMO consistently since March 2026. If you see me online I'm more than likely shiny hunting - I've gotten 6 shinies since March and hope to get many more. My favourite Pokemon is Charizard. I chose the name MotherNature because I wanted an OT name I could sell to collectors later, and I was shocked it wasn't taken.
Kinda a jack of all trades. I'm there to help with anything needed - advice, answering questions, helping with events or Discord events, or just hanging out while shiny hunting. They force me to work without food or pay. Help me.
I've always been a Pokemon fan, especially of older gen Pokemon. When I heard there were 1/30k shiny odds I was immediately interested - I am masochistic. But also the community is great, and playing with a like-minded team makes everything more fun.
The team website is very useful - it has pretty much any information you could possibly need and is a great one-stop shop for all things PokeMMO related.
I'm 32 and from Ireland. I've always been a big gamer, and while it might sound strange, I actually came to PokeMMO from Call of Duty. Quite the change of pace. I was looking for something more relaxing, and PokeMMO has been perfect for that. Over 2,000 hours later, I'm still here and still loving it.
Recruitment Executive for both Crimson Core and Crimson Academy. My job is to find friendly, active players who'll be a great fit for our community and help the guild keep growing.
I grew up playing Pokemon starting with Yellow and later FireRed. PokeMMO was my first time experiencing regions beyond the original 150. What really kept me playing was how alive the game feels - the community, the GTL, and the endless grind.

I'm excited to be part of this community and to get to know all of you. I started playing Pokemon because I loved the adventure, and the multiplayer experience made it even more enjoyable. The mix of nostalgia, competition, and teamwork keeps me coming back.

I'm 30, have 2 kids, and like to spend my free time gaming. I think it was a Patrouski YouTube short that pulled me into PokeMMO - I played a lot of Pokemon Go before this.
Operations Manager. I spent a while learning the game and the market for Pokemon and items before stepping into this role.
First day as the new team, we had multiple people hit Axews - and a legend was born.
